Important Notes

1. This payment platform is administered by Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU), and it is provided as a means and convenient route for students who are interested in joining the Students' Union or if relevant, the Postgraduate Association (collectively, the Student Organisations) to pay the annual membership fees charged and collected by these student organisations.
2. Only students enrolled in academic programmes leading to HKBU-awarded degrees are eligible to join the Student Organisations.
3. All students are reminded that membership of the Student Organisations is not mandatory, and payment of the annual membership fees is entirely voluntary.
4. All payments made through this platform are destined to and collected by the Student Organisations and according to their respective constitution, non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. The annual membership fee must be paid using VISA, Mastercard, UnionPay, Alipay HK, Alipay, WeChat Pay, FPS, UnionPay Cloud QuickPass, or Boc Pay.
6. Although HKBU through this payment platform assists the Student Organisations to collect membership fees due to them, HKBU does not assume any responsibility in the handling and/or use of the collected fees which are entirely governed by the constitution of the Student Organisations. Any queries or matters relating to the activities of the Student Organisations and any fees paid or payable to them should be addressed to the relevant Student Organisation.
7. Use of this payment platform by the students constitutes their acknowledgement and acceptance of all the terms stated herein, and their irrevocable waiver of any claim that any students may have against HKBU (including any of its employees) in its administration of the payment platform and collection of any funds thereunder.
8. Information collected on this payment platform will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy Statement and Personal Information Collection Statement ("PPS/PICS") of HKBU.
